I just made this post green by clicking the little plus sign, then I tried a new post and clicked the little minus sign, and was told I had to wait 3,600 seconds due to flooding!! What the fuck, Lusterer??

You clicked the thanks button instead of the quote button. I enabled reputation points this afternoon, meaning you can send people a vote of thanks. I am not entirely sure how it works, though.
